WorkBC Centre – Chase offers a variety of avenues for resolving conflict, appealing decisions and discussing procedures that are available for participants and staff.

We are confident that most issues can be resolved by direct communication between two people in dispute. In the first instance we ask you speak with your Employment Placement Specialist or Vocational Counsellor.  If a satisfactory resolution cannot be identified at this stage, please contact your Service Delivery Manager.
